        Should be a Harris part (though now obsolete...buy quickly!)

        A suffix-8 Pin metal can
        AE suffix industrial temp range plastic dip
        AM "            SOIC package
        E     Commercial temp range plastic dip


        I'd say the "E" should work fine if you have a dip part
        on the board.
