To all who had kind and encouraging words

Just a brief note to say thank you very much to those of you who had very
kind encouraging and welcoming words to say.
There are really lots of good people here  - and with lots of good radios
too! (had to make a plug for heathkit there to keep us on topic!) :)
Anyway, I'm glad to be able to be in Amatuer radio and I can't wait to get
started experimenting and testing things and seeing how it all works.
I am also looking forward to that first chance to discover more firsthand
what an SB104 is all about (working out getting one for a friend for a
surprise) and to hopefully talking with you (in either form CW or phone as
needs be) on it some time out there.
