Heath Co./Heath manuals

Sean Merrigan makes copies of R390A manuals and SP600 manuals.  He charges about
$20.00 (maybe $30.00?).  I can't tell the difference between his copy and an
original.  His may even be better.

After getting my copy of the SP600 manual, I would have paid even more.  Sean
does nice work.

I would certainly want a full manual for those that came that way (HR10B comes
to mind) or just the Operation manual for rigs that had separate Assembly and
Operation manuals.  Not much need for a checklist assembly manual for a rig
that's already built.

O.K., here's an interesting twist on the entire manual issue.

Let's say, for the sake of argument, that someone purchases the RIGHT to legally
reproduce Heathkit Manuals and pays Heathkit a royalty for each manual sold.
And,
let's also say, for the sake of quality, that each 'new' manual is an Off Set
Printed manual, and not a poor photocopy including large fold-out schematics.

What would any of you be willing to pay for a new, old manual?

In addition, would you want a full manual (including assembly instructions) or
just
want circuit description/alignment procedures/schematics.
