HW24/24H

Heath folk,
 Just picked up this Dual band Heath HW24H. This was a "Made in Japan"
radio under contract to some other company, who agreed to put
"Heath" name on it...same kinda arrangement that Heath and Yaesu had.

Anyway, anybody out there know who the "parent" company was/is;
have a Service manual for the 24H; and/or any info in addition to
the Op manual (repro) I have, that is devoid of original company ID
info...
This was sold by Heath, by that abt it cept for warranty coverage...
