Question: Grid Dip Meters?

How many different Grid Dip Meters (Oscillators) did Heath
make?
I know there was the GD-1B... with the tube/6AF4.

Now, were there *two* different solid state Grid Dip Meters
after that?
Could anyone tell me the model numbers?

Would anyone have a Heath solid state GDM for sale or
trade? :)
