Need Manual for 3117

Just aquired a Heath IT3117 Tube Checker.  Roll chart installed backward
and no manual.

Need manual or copy of same, and hopefully, the page(s) that include
instructions on installation of the roll chart.

This is a nice unit otherwise, and the price was right, so I'd like to
make it a keeper.
