WTB: Noise Blanker/Schematic

Greetings to all...I am looking for either an SB-104 noise blanker,
manual and/or schematic.
If I can't find the noise blanker, I am hoping to make one from scratch.
I need it for a 75S-1 whose owner [ me ], can't afford the 137B-1 Collins
blanker.  Years ago, my research tells me, the SB-104 and HW-104 blanker
was commonly used in this way.  In those days it was
for the same reason.  The Collins blanker cost about 5 times as much so
good ol Heath came to the rescue.  Thanks for any help you can provide.
Naturally I will pay all costs.
