The SN75107AN is made by Texas Instruments, and their Web site says they
still make it. To see the details, go to the Web page at
http://www-s.ti.com/sc/docs/psheets/pids2.htm and type "SN75107" into the
top box then press the "Find Documents" button.

Subject: SN75107AN
I have an Heathkit SG-1271 that is really eating my lunch.
I need to replace IC-1, Heath part #442-73. The IC itself has a
TI logo, with SN75107AN stamped on it. I tried to cross it over
to an NTE and EGC, but I haven't had any luck.
Does anyone know what a good replacement IC is for this
particular part?
Tnx and 73
