Thanks to all who answered my erquest for a SN75107A.  I did as
they suggested, and I now have one installed.  That is the good
news.

The bad news is that, as I stated earlier, it is eating my lunch!
I repleced transistors Q1 through Q8, plus Q12.   The waveforms
look terrible, I cannot get the 10K or the 100K adjustments, and
the generator will not put out more than approx. 650khz.

I live in the Long Beach area, I'll drive anywhere for help, and
I am open to suggestions!!

On the positive side, I had a GREAT FD.

Oh yea, when I get done, I'd like to get some help aligning my
4550 O'scope, and my 4244 calibrator, please.
