SB220 Low output on 80

Just finishing restoration of this amp. It tunes up fine and great
output on all bands but 80. The input circuit is fine, good
match.3-500's get hot (begin to glow) quickly. Grid dipped the output
circuit and it dips within the band. Any ideas out there?
