HW-101 help needed

[David Douglas]

I'm having a problem with my HW-101.  All bands provide full output
power and good receive EXCEPT 28 MHz.  (28.5 and 29 work fine...).  The
problem seems to be that the rig cannot generate any heterodyne voltage
(measured at the TP testpoint during allignment).  Any ideas?
