Should not be hard to do, Steve, as long as you have a reasonable bandwidth
antenna or are going to run it through a tuner.  The HW-12 and the HW-18-3
(160m) used the same boards, just different component values (and some
difference in component count, such as no VFO in the HW-18 series).

I have changed my HW-18-3 to 75 meters, so I don't think it would be too much
difficulty to change it the other way.  You will have to pad a couple of the
tuned circuits, and the tank circuit will need to be changed (I can send you
the values for the caps in the tank circuit, but you will be on your own to
figure out the value of the tank inductor).
