Heath VTVM V-7A

I have a Heath VTVM Model V-7A. It is a very good instrument and I want to
do some maintenance work on it. The original circuit board for this
instrument did not have individual holes for each tube socket pin. Rather,
it had a hole in the board into which the socket rested. The individual
socket pins were then bent over the underneath edge of the hole to make
contact with the circuit board traces to which they were soldered.
Over the years the action of inserting tubes, etc. has lifted the traces to
these pins from the circuit board and in some cases broken them. This
board was of poor material which allowed the traces to lift from the board
with little heat from a soldering iron. Up to now I have just soldered
bare wire over the trace breaks.
I would like to etch a new board from better circuit board material. Does
anyone know if this has already been done and if a source for such boards
exists? Barring this, does anyone have a negative or a template for a
negative from which I can etch my own board?
