What receiver with a DX-100?

Hello all,

I hope to soon acquire a very fine DX-100 and I'd like to
pair it with an appropriate receiver.  That rig predates
my ham experience, so I am not sure which receiver to hunt
for.

Any ideas?  Non-Heath ideas too!
