SB-220 Input Tuning

I recently bought a Heath SB-220, and it appears to be in mint condition,
including the jugs.

When hooking it up to my Kenwood TS-520 and trying to drive it, I noticed
at least a 2:1 mis-match between the radio and the amp. I HAVE NOT TOUCHED
THE TUNING SLUGS YET!
However, prior owner/s might have. Can any of you SB-220 pro's out there
coach me through proper setup of aligning these slugs. I've been told it's
not just a simple matter cranking the slugs in and out.

I have a MFJ-259 SWR antenna swr analyser. I'm probably going to put it on
the input (with power down) just to see what it has to say.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
