thanks for the speedy response to my inquiry about the id-1290 manual
and a very special thanks to gary h. harmon jr K5JWK for your help,
somehow i feel that thanks is not enough.
but thanks any way,
this is one of the joys i get from owwning a computer and being a ham, in
spite of all of the jerks in the world there is still a good group around.
