Trimmers for VF 1

All,
  I am looking for the 3 var trimmer capacitors for the VF 1. Part#31-10
 4.5-25 uuf npo trimmers. Does anyone have any,or know where I can buy
some. I have 2 that are bad,so I will change them all if I can find any.
