Parts needed

Hello ya'll,

I'm looking for the following, for use with the HA-14 amp:

Qty 2   Millen HV plugs (M)
Qty 5   ft of HV wire for use with above to make a jumper
Qty 1   12 pin Jones (I believe that's correct name) connector
        (F) with hood.  These are about 1 x 1.25 x 1.25" and the pins
        look like
