Bakelite case Needed

Hi all,
   Just took delivery of my CO-1 Code Oscillator but the bakelite case
"didn't make it".  This case was used on other Heath implements of the
time, the RS-1, the CR-1, and maybe one other item.  Does anybody,
ANYBODY, have an extra laying around??  Let me know condition and what
you want for it.
