In addition to Ed's comments, remember, you should reneutralize the
finals.  But I agree, 6146's seem to loose only about 20% of their
output when they "go flat"; try changing the driver first.  Also,
consider retuning the rig in toto.  My SB-102 seems to "fall out of
tune" about every 5 years or so, especially on 75 meters, and a simple
retune gets it back up.  I seem to average about 100--125 watts out on
all Heath dual-6146 rigs, regardless of model number, for 80-15 meters.
