DX-60 Knobs WTB

Hi, everyone!

I acquired a nice DX-60 at Dayton this past weekend. However, it needs
several knobs:

I need three of the small white function knobs to replace cracked ones.
Anybody have any to spare?

Also looking for an original DX-60 Owner's Manual.
