Help! (ID-4801 PROM Programmer)

Hello Heathens:

Recently I was very lucky to finally
find a EPROM programmer.

I now am the proud owner of a
Heath ID-4801 that came without
and documentation whatsoever.

Anyone out there familiar with
this thing that looks not unlike
the line of trainers and such
that Heath marketed?

Any help at all is most welcome!
