Probe Question

Hi,

Just paid 50 cents for what looks like a Heath probe of some kind.

Has a switch and a trimmer cap you can adjust thru a hole in the AL tube.
The tip goes either stright thru or thru a 2.2 meg resistor with a 5-20 pf
variable across it.  In either case there is a 240K resistor between the tip
and ground.

Anybody recognize it?
