His Configuration looks like a PK-1 Universal probe. The value of the
resistors depend on the desired out impedance (3.6 or 1 Megohm).
An earlier version was fixed at 3.6 output impedance. Also, the
variable cap. was 5-20uuf in the older version, but 4-40uuf in the
newer version.  I have one and I have both Schematics sitting
in front of me.
