HELP!

I have an HW-5400 I purchased at a ham fest and for three months it worked
flawlessly.
Last night while calling CQ I noticed my SWR meter begin to fluctuate.
Well, to make a long story short I now have about 1 Watt out. I did not get
a schematic or manual with the rig so I am rather lost. Any help pointing
me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
