sb1000 fix

thanks for everyone who sent me info reguarding the sb1000 with the inrush
problem.  I bought the rig used at a very great price, and now I know why.
Somebody forgot to install the (2)   7 amp wirewound resisors in series on
the pwr line from the relay to the pwr deadman (lid) switch.  No wonder the
amp vibrated so hard on startup.  I kept blowing the 15amp fuses everytime I
turned it on.  Not until the smoke did I figure it out.  Thanks again all
