HW-9 question...

Fellow Heathens,

Here's a question: Was the HW-9 originally offered with
factory assembled "main boards" as well as unpopulated
boards with the usual bags of components for the home
builder -- like a "normal" kit? Further, was there ever a
fully assembled version of the HW-9 offered from the
factory?

I'm sure you folks will know :-) Thanks in advance for any
wisdom :-)
