Restoring HW7 and HWA-7-1 ....need parts list and schem

Hi, Greenies....   I am restoring an HW7 someone gave me and I am having
trouble with the relay,,,,,no pwr to it.  when I push on the relay it mutes
the receiver and I can get the full two watts out, thats when i make the
connection pushing it with a pencil eraser......what is the function of
"Q".....does that pwr the relay?   what is its value and where can i find a
relay for it?  any help is appreciated.  Someone has done a mod to the radio
i think for an externally mounted relay, for possibly faster switching, as
there is an output for a rcvr and transmitter.  any help is appreciated.
