Heath AT-1

Good Evening,

I have an acquaintence that has an AT-1 that he wants to sell.  I am not
able to advise him of its worth.  I'd judge it to be a 6-7 on a scale of
10.  Electrically untested and needs an octal socket replaced due to a
broken pin.  Any help in determining the fair market value?  Anyone
interested in buying it?
