HW-12 Power Conn Pinouts

Hi,
Just picked up a nice HW-12 but no manual. Could
someone out there give me the power conn. (8 pin)
pinouts. I have heard there are variations.
I want to make up a cable to try the unit out with my
HP-23B.
..Also, is the LV  250 or 300 v?
