Mic connectors

Not at all.  The mike connectors are readily available from Newark and
Allied Electronics.  The brand name is now WPI and they carry the same
part numbers as did Amphenol.  The chassis connector is around $8 and the
Mike end around $12.  I'm vague here because all my catalogs are at work
-- and I'm not.

Newark also sells the 11-pin "octal" connectors used for the SB-100/HP-23
power cable under the WPI brand name.
