For Sale: Unbuilt SB-1000 Linear with SBA-2000-1 QSK Kit

For Sale: Unbuilt Heathkit SB-1000 linear amplifier.  Again I'm thinning out
my duplicate kits in my Heath collection.

This sale includes two unbuilt kits sold as a set: the SB-1000 linear
amplifier, and the matching SBA-2000-1 QSK board.  The kits are in pristine
unbuilt condition, with original packaging and documentation.  The SB-1000
parts carton and transformer box are still factory sealed.  The QSK board is
particularly rare.

I use an SB-1000 that I built this year in my own station.  It puts out
approximately 850 watts with less than 100 watts of drive power, and it works
on 10-160 including the WARC bands (10 meter circuitry is included, and the
builder snips one wire to enable operation on 10).  The SB-1000 was also a
real pleasure to build, and it is a real bruiser on the 20 meter SSB pileups.

Heath originally sold the amplifier for $739.95, and the QSK board sold for
$189.95.  I'm selling the pair of kits for $750, which includes UPS ground
shipping, insured, within the continental U.S.  I'll ship upon receipt of
certified check or money order.
