James - Welcome to the amateur fraternity. As a very long time user
of a complete SB-104 setup, for more than 10 years, like you have, in
fact I used the first and "original" proof-build SB-104, SB-634,
SB-644, SB-230.....etc. The interconnecting cables from the 104 to
all the accessories are to be constructed by the owner. The
construction techniques, cable lengths, type of cable, cable
connectors are listed in the manuals for the units. I used some very
small coax with RCA connectors for the connections from the SB-104 to
the remote. From the SB-104 to the speaker I used shielded audio
cable, with a RCA connector. From the HD-1410 I used (and still use)
a old piece of RG-59U with a RCA jack; length just enough to reach
from the front of the rig to the connector. From the SB-104 to the
SB-200 you should use RG-8X with a RCA from the SB-104 and a PL-259 to
     the SB-200. Then from there (SB-200) it's all PL-259's using RG-8X.
The manuals (hopefully you have them for all your stuff) should be
     able to lead you thru all this......Have fun; it was a great unit;
worked over 200 countries with it (both SSB, CW and SSTV)....and
     welcome............Larry (KC8JX)

Jim: I believe one is expected to make up these cables one's self. Keep
them as short as possible. I am using RG-8X for all my interconnect RF
cabling with my two SB-104As and accessories.

73 and welcome to the fraternity!~
