Question on: HFT-9A tuner (description)

Guy et al,

I'm not an authority on Heathkit, but I'll try to give you
my impression of an HFT-9A tuner.

It's considered a QRP (low power) amateur radio antenna
tuner. From the looks of the internal parts, it might rate
at 10 watts maximum RF power rating. It's one of the HW-9
series of accessory products (eg: the PSA-9 power supply,
the HM-9 watt meter, etc -- the little *brown* boxes). The
year of manufacture probably coincides with the very
popular HW-9 QRP transceiver.

I'm interested in learning the *values* of the two air
variable condensers in the HFT-9A. They appear to be
nominal 365 pF, but I'd be curious as to the Heath
specification for them. (I'm without documentation.)

Thanks in advance for any help on this one,
