help w/transistor

Hi Guys!
First of all, thanks for the forum. I am a new ham (4 months) and am
operating sb-301 & sb-401. Still work great. My question is about a heath
amp (audio) that I just bought.
It is a model aa-1600, and needs new output transistors. They are marked
with a "motorola" M, and numbers 417-905 & 417-906 (two different types).
Can anyone help with a good description or cross-reference? Thanks in
