Questions abt HW-101 meter

Hi Gang,
I recently acquired a HW-101 with very ruff manual. The pages about
"reading the meter" were missing. In lieu of the manual, I would like
answers to the following questions:
1) The meter seems to be a S-meter (like the SB-301) rather than a
transceiver meter (like the SB-100). Is this normal??
2) If yes, what s-meter value corresponds to full load Ip (250 mA)?? Does
the little tick mark equal the 50 mA?
3) What s-meter value corresponds to max ALC range?
4) I have a SB-100 meter as well as a fully operating SB-101. Should I
replace the HW meter scale with one from the SB-100 and read it like I
would the SB-101??
If the past is any indicator, I'm going to have a lot of people to thank.
Anyway, thanks in advance.
