Wanted: microphone stand, etc.

Does anyone have an unused EV cast base stand that would
be appropriate for the EV664 or EV674?  I have the Radio Shack
cast gray and it looks nice with the 674 but the 664 is just too
big for it.  Any suggestions??   (No wise-cracks please!)

Also looking for AK5 (?) Heath Mohawk speaker.
