Question: HR-10B Power Transformer

Re: HR-10B B+ well above specs. According to the schematic the transformer
should be putting out 410 vac but its actually around 450, just at my
"personal limit" of +/- 10%.

Is that no load or full load...if you have tubes pulled or stages
disfunctional, and/or line voltage is higher than average, 10% high isn't at
all surprising (to me anyway). I was going to wonder out loud if higher
impedance voltmeters result in higher readings nowadays, but on second
thought that's probably not relevant...a typical 20000 ohm/volt meter
(Simpson 260...The S-I-M-P-S-O-N..doo doo doo, doo-doo doo, doot,
doodoodoodoo doo...sorry guys...just watched Futurama last night) at such a
high V scale still presents a very high impedance...say 10M on 500 V scale.

Anyone agree with the +10% figure being 'unremarkable'?
