WTB manuals and charts

Dear keepers of the green;

  I am looking for a assembly and operation manual for the IT-17 tube
checker plus a source to get the most updated chart for the thing.  Also,
does anyone on the list know what the setting would be for a 6146B tube.
The chart does not specify a 6146 at all.  Thanks in advance
