FS: HW-16, not working

I'm selling a Heathkit HW-16 transceiver I was planning to restore.
Front panel is good but the top of the case is marked. Rig
is missing one knob.

Inside, the top of the chassis needs cleaning. The round
plastic tuning dial has a chip missing about 1/4 inch
in diameter on the edge of the plastic dial, so the
dial should be replaced.

External trim around the dial is fine.

Inside the bottom of the chassis, wiring looks good, clean.
One filament wire looks overheated, so I have not
plugged in the rig to check it. All tubes are in sockets.

Comes with the original manual.

I have $45 in the rig so I will sell it for the same plus
shipping CONUS from 17064.
