SB-620, trap L/C ratio

Hello:

Anyone out there (maybe the guy who does RF design for the technically
impaired, Chris T?) know how to choose a(n) L/C ratio for parallel or series
traps/

I.E., 350 kHz trap for SB-620. I came up with 4700 pF, 44 uH, not for any
real reasons other than feeling like they weren't unrealistic.

Also, anyone know if it's a series or parallel trap?
