I guess they made those little radios for some period of time Mike if you
say yours was circa 1958. I had one back in the early 60's. Got only a few
stations as I had no long antenna and a local station spread itself across
a lot of the tuning range as I recall even today.

Lessee now, I think I was about 8 or 9 yrs old so that would make it 1961
to 1963 range of time. Dang, I wonder if I still have that lttle radio
around somewhere. I'm a packrat and even today I found some papers and
stuff from back in my senior high school days ('70 - '71). Last week I
found my old grade school and high school report cards (all from K to
12th). My wife got a kick out of them. Anyway, there's hope yet that it may
be around.
