Help with Happy99 Cleanup

I have done as I was told by Norton to get rid of the Happy99 virus from my
machine.
However, after successful deleting of SKA.EXE and SKA.DLL I was then
instructed to delete Wsock32.dll and then rename Wsock32.ska to Wsock32.dll.
That is the problem.
When I try to delete Wsock32.dll I am told that it can't be trashed because
it is protected. It won't even let me rename it for the same reason. I have
closed all programs because I was told that Wsock32.dll could be running.
When I look on it's properties nothing shows this file to be read only,
archived, or hidden.
What gives fellows? How can I fix this problem?
How can I delete this file?
Thanks,
Dan N4VET
