Reply to Kevin. See the PS about the wrinkle finish. If the wrinkle is
really wiped out, strip and start with say gray wrinkle from the home
store. Then put on the light color coats before the wrinkle completly
dries. Remember cleaning, sanding, and preps is 90% of the job. Must
have a clean surface. More later.
