Heath electrolytic problem

I just replaced all electrolytics in SB101 using my other PS from SB102 and
all worked fine.  I then replaced the 2 small (20 mfd/150v) and the 40
mfd/450V.  I fired it up and all worked for abt 1 minute then the 40
mfd/450v blew sending smoke signals and parafin type wax came out.  I had
checked the cap and it was 44 mfd but I don't have a checker for leakage.
Could I have another problem or did I just have a bad cap I installed.  I
have several more used caps to replace.  I will appreciate any help on
this.
