Buffing Knobs and other plastic parts

Greenkeepers:

A word of caution for buffing with Dremel tools:  they run too fast to
buff most soft plastics without melting them.  A speed control
might help (in fact some out there might have one of Heath's SCR
speed controls, GD-??).  I've found this out the hard way.
