HD-1481 Remote Coax Ant. Switch

I got me a HD-1481 (and I'm pretty sure I have the manual as well).
Unfortunately, the gent who sold it to me with the promise of getting the
"other half" of this unit (the part that goes on the tower) failed to
complete the deal.  SOOOOooo, I'm "stuck" with 1/2 a unit.  Does anybody
have the part that I'm missing so that I can complete (and use) this
switch??
