Moderation of Lists

I'm sorry, but in my opinion moderating the Heath list would
probably do nothing more than create another Jack-monster
like on the boatanchors list.

yes, it does or can serve a useful purpose but it also can be downright
annoying and detrimenta as well.

Ignoring those who bother one works much better.

If we all refrain from answering or responding to off topic posts
to the list we will be much better of than if we appoint a tin god
to moderate or (God save us) a commitee...
