SB-101 Tuning Mechanism

To the many replies.  Thank you.

Turned out the split washer was not on the dial assy but in front of the
assy.  I took off the tuning knob, loosened up the tuning shaft...."felt
around" and finally got the split washer up and on the dial assy.

Dial now works fine and smoothly.  Dial assy design is very much and works
similar to Collins S-line.
