info needed: 1N295 diode or equivalent

I purchased a model HM-102 RF Power Meter at a Hamfest
yesterday.  In my excitement to test it out I think I
killed one of the 1N295 diodes because it will not
sense SWR or RF power in the NORMAL position only in
Calibrate.  Diode D2 is the suspect. I have no data on
a 1N295 diode and would apreciate knowing if they are
still available or can be replaced by another diode.
